Last week, I did something really stupid. One of those little pop-ups in the lower right-hand corner of my computer screen popped up and told me that Microsoft had new updates for me to download. I clicked. The download began along with many troubles brought on by the attachment of Antivirus 2009 to my hard drive. UGH!!!!
I contacted my IT-guy, Andy Wilson, of Go To Guyz. Andy is amazing. He got me back up and running in no time! Andy is one of those rare IT fellows who truly cares about your business. He takes the time to learn about what you want to do with your business before he starts recommending hardware and software. Once he has designed and implemented a solution, he and his team can manage your system remotely, eliminating the need for a full-time IT professional on site.
He focuses on small- to medium-sized companies who want to grow their businesses. He provides a valuable service by enabling clients to focus on their core business. Infrastructure is critical to an organization's sustainability. However, when an organization focuses its resources on infrastructure, it is not focusing on what generates revenue for the company. Andy takes on the infrastructure responsibility for you. His attitude is that when you are successful, he is successful. That's what full service is all about.
Thanks, Andy.
[By the way, dear reader, THE MORAL OF THE STORY IS: Never click on those little pop-ups to initiate a download!]
