I grew up in a house on a hill that overlooks the little town of Broadway, Virginia, in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley. My sister, Joan, and her husband, Steve, bought the house from my father before his passing. Yesterday, on Christmas, their sons, Logan and Jared, took a time-lapse video of the sunset and set it to music. This is why I love sunsets...I grew up watching sunsets like this on a regular basis. Enjoy.

So gorgeous!!

Beutiful beyond words...but why such a sad song to accompany it?? Mad world" always makes me feel melancholy. Sunsets, although bringing about the end of a day...bring on the night which has a beauty all its own. Excellent artistic work!

What an awesome sunset! Thanks, Judy, for sharing it with us. We don't take enough time in our busy lives to enjoy sunsets as often as we should.
